Refund & Cancellation

• We must clarify that while we strive to provide quality recommendations, our research reports do not carry any assurance of profit or return, and refunds are unrelated to market perfor or investment outcomes.
• Refunds, if applicable, are adjusted for service duration and administrative costs.
• if your refund is approved, we will credit the refundable amount into the beneficiary's account withing 7-21 working days.
• You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it for a full refund. After 24 hours, we don't accept any Cancellations.
• Upon cancellation, a refund will be processed after pro-rata adjustment based on the services availed and duration of usage.
